WHAT IS BREATHWORK?
Breathwork refers to any type of breathing exercises or techniques.
People often perform them to improve mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
During breathwork you intentionally focus on and change your breathing pattern.
It is an ancient healing practice.
The most common and basic practice of breathwork is during meditation. But there are different levels you can take your breathwork practice, for different reasons and results.
WHY DO PEOPLE PRACTICE IT?
People practice breathwork for a variety of reasons.
Overall, it brings about improvements in EMOTIONAL state,
PHYSICAL issues, MENTAL health and SPIRITUAL connection.
People have practiced breathwork to:
aid positive self-development
process emotions, heal emotional pain and trauma
develop or increase self-awareness
improve interpersonal and professional relationships
increase joy and happiness
reduce stress and anxiety levels
release negative thoughts, suppressed and blocked emotions

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A BREATHWORK SESSION?
1 - INTENTION
You and I will talk and set the intention for the session. Something that you've been feeling. Most times, it has to do with emotional traumas and/or current emotional situations.
2 - INTENSE BREATHING
The first 20-30 minutes is when the actual work happens. While music is playing, I will guide you into the breathing technique and pattern. This is the phase where emotions will raise to the surface, be felt and released.
3 - MEDITATIVE STATE
After the breath work, you will stay in more meditative and relaxed state, when you have a chance to JUST BE with whatever experience you're having. This is usually when you have insights and communication with the spiritual realm.
4 - REFLECTION
At the end of the session, you might want to make some sense of the experience either by talking to me (or someone else) and/or journal and draw. It's important to give time to integrate the healing.

A 90-minute online session that will include Breathwork and a personal Guided Meditation.
This session will be recorded and sent to you for lifetime access. This one is perfect if you're new to Breathwork and/or want to address a specific issue.

When I was 8 years old I lost my beloved father, overnight.
In my adolescence, I chose to hide my homosexuality. This period of self-repression lasted through all my 20s.
Grief, sadness, self-loathing, guilt, and shame, were just some of the 'heavy weight that I'd been carrying for years'.
Through the constant practice of meditation I've been able to heal these wounds and learn to ACCEPT and LOVE myself unconditionally.
In 2017, at the of 34, I had the most profound healing experience of my life. While studying Yoga and Meditation in Thailand, I went to a session called Rebirthing (a style of Breathwork). In only one session I accessed and released deep emotions related to my childhood trauma, received guidance from my father's spirit, and really felt the unconditional love for myself and for all there is.
Since then, I've been even more committed to my own healing practice and to help others heal through the practice of meditation and breathwork.
